I want to know your story. who are you? this is a free conSoultation call with me. an opportunity to drop into intentional space. open to sharing wisdom through story telling. invitation to feel into if it aligns for us to move forward in deepening our work together. for some, this is an moment to be seen and heard. and for the willing and the ready, its a chance to dive deeper and immerse yourself into an offering. connecting through breath, deep listening, and reflection.

Private Yoga Session & Consultation

60 MINUTES $75 | 90 MINUTES $120 

this is more than a yoga class with a ton of asana (postures). this is a chance to connect with the part of you that only you can. an exploration of the internal landscape. permission to explore your body with out an idea of what it should “look” like and a true connection to what it “feels” like. yoga is an ancient wisdom that cannot be taught, only experienced. looking into the Vedic principals to gain an innerstanding of the essence of this practice. this is for those craving a deeper knowing of the teachings. We will drop into the Here & Now and from that space, the session shapes itself. a true meeting of where you are at, and from there we explore.

Soul Sessions (Energy Work)

60 MINUTES $80-100 • 90 MINUTES $100-140

medicine comes in many forms. through my journey, I have discovered reiki, yoga, Thai chi, belly dance, essential oils, vocal toning, sound healing, inbodiment, various plant medicines, kung fu, physical touch, talk therapy, trauma informed movement; to me, anything can be of service to your highest healing when we carve the space to listen. these modalities have become my medicine and are my favorite to weave together in a unique experience guided specifically for y o u.

Womb Ceremony

75 MINUTES $111 • 90 MINUTES $150

in the mystery lies the mastery. our blood is sacred, our womb is sacred, and I am sorry for the times where you felt like it wasn’t. here with you. learning. leaning. listening. an intentional space of connecting to womb space. through visualization, movement, breath, and vocal activation. a moment to be held in what is present in this space. all expressions welcome here. a reclamation of the sacred space. to shed is your birth rite.

Transformational Experience

90 MINUTES $150 

the human condition is full spectrum. from joy, love, bliss to grief, rage, fear. all of our emotions are valid and desire a space to be expressed. in these containers, we open with a 30 minute share of where you are right now. what is transforming within you? from this space, I will be able to intuit tools and practices that support these waves of transformation. an example of this is if there was a loss of a loved one, we would intentionally create a space for all feelings and emotions to have a container to be felt/ heard/ expressed. these are deeply transformative containers for those willing to go there. this is not a therapy clinic, rather an invitation into the emotion with intention to transmute it.
